There is no need to rent a car when visiting Las Vegas for an upcoming bachelorette party. Those staying on the Las Vegas Strip will find that just about everything they need is within walking distance of their hotel. However, Sin City does offer a variety of different transportation options for those who do not want to walk everywhere.

TaxisTaxis are available at the hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. All taxis must be accessed at the front of the hotel or at the designated taxi area. Do not go on to the strip and try to hail a taxi, because by law they will not stop. When taking a taxi make sure to arrive early because lines for taxis can get long.

LimosOne of the more lavish options available is hiring a limo to take everyone in the bachelorette party around town. However, when splitting the cost of the limousine, it could be more cost effective to hire one than have to take multiple taxis for larger bachelorette parties.

MonorailThe Las Vegas Monorail runs all day long offering transportation to and from different hotels along the strip and to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Single-ride, all-day and multi-day passes are available for the monorail.

Free ridesSome hotels and clubs offer free transportation to and from select venues in Las Vegas. These are mostly offered through different VIP packages that are booked with the hotel or nightclub.

BusThere are plenty of buses that drive up and down the Las Vegas Strip. Though these do not run as fast as a taxi or limo would, it is one of the most cost-effective means of transportation in Las Vegas.

Airport shuttlesShuttle companies are available to take vacationers from the airport to their hotel in Las Vegas. Unless the bachelorette party package includes shuttle service, it will cost a few dollars to take the shuttle to the hotel. Reservations for shuttles are highly recommended.

Those who have booked bachelorette party packages in Las Vegas will be happy to know that they have multiple transportation options to them. This makes getting around the city seem easy and makes it possible to avoid having to rent a car.
